With $3 in mind and with options at $2.20 still to be exercised, I'm hoping that a superior offer will come in somewhere around $2.60 plus. That is not a pie in the sky figure.

I know BOW is not a PES, but it took 1 1/2 months before the second bidder came in for a offer to takeover PES. Any "interested parties" have until December (before shareholders vote) to put their offer on the table.
