In the AGM presentation (slide 23), the directors did say "mid 2012" for the EFS sale. We haven't got there yet. It seems to me too early to judge whether investors' expectations were unrealistic.

According to the ASX price summary, there was an intra-day movement between 55c and 52c and volume was 137,200. The AGM presentation (slide 6) has a 1 year chart of price and weekly volume that shows that 1-2m/wk is more normal for the volume. Today's volume seems a bit thin - about half of the norm, perhaps less.
