To me the trades today indicate that for whatever reason someone somewhere wants to get rid of their TXN shares...

And there are not too many people lining up to buy shares....

It appears to me that post 01/06 there has been a stronger willingness for holders to dump than to buy...

Why, why, why??? (Sucker rally seems the most reasonable explanation to me..... CEO says "sure guys sale for big $$ soon"..... the rest is history)

I do not like surprises and try to view scenarios like this as realistically as I can. I know many long term holders like to trick themselves into thinking every investment they make is the ducks nutz and my way of thinking does not go down very well with them. Fellow holders of ATV hate me for it

How many times have you heard a CEO tell you that everything is not fine??? No matter what a CEO will always spin spin spin their jobs depend on it!!!!

"also, as cliff told you at the agm, each day you go to work knowing everything is for sale."

Everything is for sale AT THE RIGHT PRICE.... no doubt in my mind that TXN's EFS assets would be sold at an instant for $5k/acre......

For a sale there must be a buyer willing to pay the price the seller wants.... Everything is for sale.... not everything gets sold.

There is no market manipulation with TXN just buyers and sellers doing what they do... trying to find true value.

Does anyone here disagree that the rally at the end of may was a sucker rally?
