There most probably is an escape clause. As to its trigger point(s)? Likely to be share price, POO ie WTI, or DOW/XJO thresholds.

Don't think we would have hit it yet though as the bots are merrilly kicking the price around today. One of the bots is dead set keen on holding the price down. The only trades at 53.5c today have both been bots and most of the 54s.

As to more "viagra" expected in today's share price (thanks for the smile!) - not uncommon on early green days that TXN gets overlooked. The traders seem to come back once the rest of the market is slowing down. Not to mention the volume traded this morning is a "massive" 28,000 shares.

So it doesn't look to me that the games are over yet.
