$25,000 gets you $196 mill or .80 a share cash value
$30,000 gets you $227 mill or .92 a share cash value
$35,000 gets you $263 mill or $1.08 a share cash value
$40,000 gets you $303 mill or $1.23 a share cash value
$50,000 gets you $379 mill or $1.54 a share cash value
As mentioned before, then why would a potential buyer not be buying TXN for say 55c + a premium (i.e 30% premium around = 70 cents per share) cheaper than just buying the land.
Been a holder for a couple of years, took part in the 65c raising, wish i had sold when it hit 90 odd cents. watched it drop to 40 last year.
My buy price would be about 60cents, would love to sell them for 80....but not much buying happening, getting worried also.
