The cash component is almost certainly AUD$0.043 per share (i.e., 4.3 cents per share, which should be corrected/clarified by PMH tomorrow), with Entree shares making up the remainder (approx 28.7 cents per share). The value of Entree shares per PacMag share is 0.10175 Entree shares x C$2.724 (their 20 day VWAP), divided by the AUD$/CAD$ exchange rate of 0.9656 (as at Fri27Nov09). Therefore, 4.3 cents plus 28.7 cents equates to 33 cents per PMH share, which was the value stated in PMH's original announcement Mon30Nov09.
