Ingot hold all legal rights, and can take dividens as much as they like before count profit. See 3d dot in P09 of Evidence A1.
After draw out all cash of ERG, They can refund all shares to ERG, Then ERG have to pay back them another 130 millions. See 9th dot in P10 of Evidence A1. Is it fair?
