We pause the class action before Election for ---
1. ERG board may go with us against NSW Labor govt. in Election. They have 17000 shareholders address, and could send letters to all. After Election, small shareholders still have to against ERG board by class action, otherwise they wont pay you anything.
2. More evidences will be revealed, eg. Cubic under spot now, and ERG profits hided by the board, fraud by 50% benefit. ERG Chairman help NSW Labor govt. by a letter.
3. NSW Labor govt. wont be longer. After Election, the case will be easy.
