I Just would like a little more discussion on the "restructure" rather than an acceptance of this. With a view to a take over why play now, wait for the restructure? I am not sure. I also look at the debacle of a NSW Govt and wonder what this could do to ERG's case and chance of a settlement or reopening the TCard. If the NSW Govt is looking at cutting capital projects because of lack of funds now I wonder what the thought of a $200 million dollar claim makes to the Govt? And at present the board of ERG is in Limbo ie after the restructure they will only oversee the legal case so why worry - It will be up to the new board of the new entity. They seem to accept that the restructure is going to happen.
