If I'm correct, under the current loan arrangements Saville could increase his ERG stake to approximately 60%.
Does anyone know what will be left to ERG shareholders (other than Saville)in % terms if the proposed company changes are approved?
Will Saville still retain his current 30% holding of ERG on top of the other assets he proposes to strip away from ERG?
That is, assuming ERG wins the Tcard court case would Saville get a share of the $200M?
