ERG Class Action, The Final Way to Recovery Lost.

1.Worth to do, for realizing true value of your shares. ERG is not bankrupt business, it turned around to positive cash flow for a year and at peak income time, with large true value. The only problem is the values were illegally transferred away at final stage. For value investor, we should correct back the value to $0.20~$0.60/share by laws. That is the target of the class action.

2. Possible to win. The big boy just lost two big case recently, even though he has 40 lawyers attend the court and he should be right one.
One case vs. his CEO who is much weaker than him, Another vs. MQG.
So the judger only look evidences and proves, but money. We have already prepared lots evidences, and designed some strategy to prove the case. If win, we will get lots. If failure, we will not lost more.

In last vote for transferring, we nearly block the transfer, just need a little more supports to win. We lost so much, just because we do not join the actions, 82% did not vote. If we change to care ourself, this time we will win.

3. Join the Class Action Group is the only way to recovery lost. The big boys made so much efforts to do so, that never leave anything for us. ERG already was destroyed by the vulture funds, we do not care who and how to run it in future as that never bring any cents to us, we only need the cash as compensation and damage.
