I looked at the financial statements last night... keeping in mind i know nothing about accounting, from what i can tell they're not accounting for their profit / loss for the reporting period in the traditional revenue, profit etc ledger, rather the profit / loss is accounted for in the equity investment or whatever figure... i think this has something to do with how the operating entity VHA is structured in relation to the reporting entity (HTAL)... But don't worry its not dodgy there's an auditors review (note: not a full audit) included with the statements...

and yes they have like 7 million customers and growing... operating margins are growing... turned from a $35m loss to $17m profit... looks like its worth a punt
