I am utterly disgusted with the deal. A 7 c premium to the current share price before we go in to mine??? This is unbelievable. Innes has sold us out big time. Why aren't things like this voted on by the holders?? This is far more important than expenditure exceeding a 15% interest....we should get to have our say.
