In some way shape or form if you have been in business in NSW and Queensland for about 15 years I am sure you could easily be linked to all of this.

I am gobsmacked that at the death the NSW state government suddenly announce this - its seem opportunistic and diverts attention away from the Santos AGM who have a shareholders vote to stop the Narribri gas project today.

maybe it just sets up that NSW really want Santos to get on with it and having to send cops to stop the protestors has allowed them to decide to get on MEL's back and make that go away and Santos can just quietly vote down the shareholders resolution.

Really so if we sat in the same restaurant and all the tables were full and we agreed to share a table then I am in trouble - wow far more dangerous to have a process that can just insinuate something without actually laying out the facts. In fact why wait until now why cause the company such a loss - they have had months and months to stop the process - is it so corrupt that even the timing is suspicious.

When can a company take issue and sue ICAC and ministers who abuse the process - bring it on.
