Anyone have views as to the customer service rankings EPW loves to tout on about? (https://www.ermpower.com.au/post_powering_on/customersrank/)
The UMI website has old results (http://umi-online.com.au/award-winners.php)
Do we know if the major retailers are a part of that survey?
Assuming they are and EPW really is killing it in customer service, surely that sets EPW well to take more market share in Aus?
