    I just read the acquisition transaction again. Sorry we won't be burden with debt we'll be burden with new script.

    Once the merger is completed and the rights issue finalised we'll have 200 million cash and 6o million in debt.

    I can't see how this new entity will have a substantial re-rating 6 months out from the merger? Time will tell.
