Yes, true. Script is also dilutionary. I can only see the share price appreciate if they acquire a producing mine. But at the moment that is not a certainity and that's making the market nervous.
I'm sure the new entity know who they want but we don't. Until it's announced we won't know if our shares will stagnate for years or appreciate in the near to mid term once the new target is announced.

I'm guessing it will be an offshore target somewhere in Asia.
