    In my last post I mentioned that 450,000 people would be problem drug users or 1.8% of the total population. Actually the correct figure is 900,000 or 3.9% of the total population of about 23 million people. I suppose that at time of the night my predilect drug (alcohol) was already slowing my brain down.
