A small % of the population would get drug screens and they aren’t all positive.
Drug screening is targeted so you would expect there to be a relatively high % of those tested to be positive and that includes drug testing on psych patients who they screen to check they are taking their benzos and nothing else.
As for their comment on socioeconomic boundaries can you please ask what analyser they’re using as it must be cutting edge, being able to identify net worth of an individual by drug screen analysis.
