If the police tested people for opiates and other drugs we would have a better idea.
I have been roadside breath tested dozens of times for alcohol and just the other day but never once have I been stopped and tested for other drugs ever!
Why is that I wonder.
I also see a lot of people using their phones when driving but dont know anyone that has been pulled over and busted.
Ive stood on a busy corner and watched all the people with phones stuck to their ears turning the corner, there was a lot more than I thought.
Why arent more people caught using their phones while driving?
