I was hoping with the new board they may have dropped the brainsnap about their royalty on the ungani lease being on gross rather than nett!!

i see no mention of this matter in the qrtly ( just a mention of oct 2nd release ) about what they are doing, but there is lots of detail about how they are shoring their agreements up on other leases etc

I really thought ( no legal knowledge per se ) that it was a bit of a risky strategy and they would want to make sure their I's dotted and T's crossed before they started trying to push buru and mitsubishi around
