Just remember that that 8500bn cubic feet is a Contingent Resources so i would change you statement of "Would be worth" to a "could be worth"
Contingent Resources mean its an estimate to be potentially recoverable. Contingent Resources may be of a significant size, but still have constraints to development.
Having said that, i agree with the point you are making that this company is WAY undervalued.
Just remember that that 8500bn cubic feet is a Contingent...
