    BECAUSE the market knows if rta and todd so choose they own fms remember todd biggest sh in fms a few more shares discretely held by todd backers means any other offers for fms would be major hostile at the best the alliance agreement comes down to individuals filling their side of terms and we can not say rta and todd are not and so far fms is as well
