I disagree, imo this is their style and not a resource based issue. I can only talk about my own experiences, but every time I have contacted KR with a number of questions / concerns, Ken has always taken the time to send me detailed responses, and has provide me with clarity on each question. If Ken has the time to do that, KEY as a company certainly have the time to provide updates to the market if they want to.
