RAW - There is really only two tennemants that we could get some others to farm into - West Songo Songo, and Southern most tennemant in Italy. Neither have had much scanning done on them i.e. 2D/3D, so I think it would be a bit hard for someone to farm in based on estimations, and potential, but nothing firmed up.

I don't think Key have spend a single $ on West Songo Songo. Or is Amenix the one who has to spend the money as part of a buyin? Not sure which way that worked.
