Just off the back of one $50m pa space contract you'd have to increase this company's valuation by around $200m assuming there is a 50/50 split in revenue with LM and assuming our space business cost base is around $5m pa and applying a x10 p/e. That would put this company's MC at around $305m or $5.15 per share.... That's before you factor in any major weapon contract wins of which I expect we will win a few in the next 6 months. Add in one or more additional space contracts and it's not hard to see that this share price could be north of $10 by the time the next AGM rocks around.
I love the fact that Lockhead Martin is covering the cost of rolling out the satellite centres. But what I will love more is leveraging their network to get some deals done... They are a big hitter, possibly the biggest in this space, and they'll be taking us EOS shareholders along for one heck of a ride.
