I have already told Mick Clifford what i think - ETG needs to stay at above CAD3, or perhaps they could offer smaller share holders an all-cash option (with the level more in line with the independent valuation). Don't know the legal issues assocaite with this, but they could 'buyout' the smaller shareholders (say those with 250,000 shares or less) which are probably less than 25% of the company for less than $15 million - so effectively give all cash option, capped at a certain level.
