Let me re-phrase your statement above another way.

Entree are paying you too little for your assets - probably by a factor of 2 - 3. So your (new) Entree shares (should you take their offer) will need to double / triple in value before you have realised the "true' value of your PMH assets.

I've always owned my own businesses (still do) & I learn't long ago to dump people who can't make the grade - like the PMH directors.
