The Entree price is subdued after the Ivanhoe ann. I think the significance will flow through in the long run.
I cant see Entree parting with more cash as they have so much drilling work ahead of them. I think giving smaller holders 100% cash is a good idea.

So wat
Entree will have scored a great deal if the merger happens.
They were very enthusiastic about the growing importance of the Yerrington Nevada region. The offer is low ball but Ill reseve my voting decision until 4.6.10. It will be clinical and take my best interests into account.
