Cardz - You are entitled to buy one VBA share at 20c for every VBA share you own as at 7.00 pm on Thursday the 30th of July.

You can also apply to buy more than your entitlement - this assumes there are shareholders who don't take up their rights - you get to buy these at 20c as well. There is no guarantee that you will get the additional shares - it depends on how many holders take up their entitlement and whether the underwriters want them or not.
