Planet Gas is making a fully underwritten, non-renounceable pro rata offer ('Offer') of fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ('New Shares') at an issue price
of $0.05 per New Share to Shareholders with a registered address in Australia or New Zealand ('Eligible Shareholders') on the basis of 1 New Share for every 4 Shares, rounded up to the nearest whole number, held on the Record Date."
