For info of current shareholders deliberating over all the entitlements /options offers, here's something else to consider, may be of interest to some.

Received feedback to a query in respect to entitlements that are not taken up, and what options there are to increase holdings above and beyond your entitlement if you want to.

    Example.
If you for instance had 900,000 shares giving you the option (under this entitlement) to buy a further 300,000 shares (1 for 3) and you decide for financial or other reasons to only buy 200,000 the remaining 100,000 are left over and after all shareholder entitlements are taken up then those shareholders with extra funds will be able to buy up that 100,000 left over and any other residual shares if they wish.

It was explained to me the preference would be to give existing shareholders the chance to buy any left over shares before sourcing other funding alternatives.

To take up the offer if you wished to do so then you do the following when you are purchasing your normal entitlements.

Cheques - write on the cheque that any extra funds (in excess of your entitlement) are to go towards spare share purchases.

BPay - Any extra amount transferred (above your entitlement) will be taken to go automatically towards the purchase of spare residual shares not taken up by existing shareholders to the value of your extra funds.

    * Not sure how they will prioritize shares between shareholders vying for spare shares if there are too many chasing a smaller share pool.

** After any share purchase I assume that you also get the same "1 for 2" option benefit afterwards as well as per any other shares purchased under this entitlement, didn't clarify that today though.

    Disclaimer
*** To be fair to ABV this info may also change, you never know, so best to check with the company again but this is what I was told today when I phoned them.

Not sure if I will try and grab some extra shares or not but I think we all need to be aware of this option so everyone has the same opportunity if they wish to pursue it, I may have overlooked the explanation in the prospectus.
