Im a bit confused by your thoughts - how can it look after genuine shareholders in the company when they have already sold their stock to us prior to the announcement of the cap raising ? How can they be in for the longer term if they've already sold and now receive some discounted stock ?

Anyhow your right there will probably be an opportunity to pick up some stock around the issue price of the new shares.
