entitlement under cap raising

From the announcement on the 22nd Dec -

"Under the terms of the Share Purchase Plan, eligible shareholders registered at 5pm on 21 December will be offered the opportunity to subscribe for up to $15,000 worth of Shares at an issue price of 49 cents per share."

My situation is I bought the shares on the 20th Dec and the cap raising was announced that evening after the close of trading.

Does shareholders registered by 5pm on the 21st encompass those who bought on the 20th or would you need to calculate T+3 and need to have bought by the 16th to be eligible ?
