So according to the prospectus they have up to 3 months after the closing date to fill the shortfall which will be a separate offer @ $0.001 per share which still receives the free attaching options.
They state that they reserve the right to issue the Shortfall shares at their "absolute discretion" and that current holders are not to apply for Shortfall shares unless instructed to do so hmmmm. i wonder if they will open it up to us?
