Not sure all shareholders taken up their Entitlements

( Some may be overseas, some will have fund issue, some may have kept this stock at the bottom draw and forgot about it )

I think not allowing to buy more was a bad idea. ( Money could have returned or scale down if there was a high demand ).

It is always better to announce “Subscriptions is heavily oversubscribed” than saying not everyone has taken up their entitlements.
