Then its stands to reason that if there is no announcement prior to AGM on Friday then they wish the shareprice low so there is a natural attrition of non takers for the new entitlements and then it would be safe to assume that the directors have there numbers to take up any untaken shares which there would naturally be tons of them.Hate to think of any other reason not to :
1/ Push the shareprice up prior to AGM to please one and all.
2/Make no announcement prior because there is'nt one to make.[Hard to imagine eh]
Lets just assume all is on course and patience is the key factor.
