    I believe it's being played out just like the directors wanted. It's all in this line from their announcement.

    The Rights Issue will not be underwritten but Directors will retain the right to place any shortfall.

    Place it with who? Who do you think? The idea I believe is that the less shareholders take it up the more there is for "them".

    If you had a way of making money would you tell everyone about it before you had a stake in it for yourself. These directors have seen their stake in the company pulled from under them and need to get their position and some control back over the company and that is why there will be no significant news until the they get their control back.

    Of additional significance is what is happening over at BPO with the AGM on Thursday for the removal of Chairman Morrow and the re-election of Stedwell, Pellegrino and their mate Landau. Does anyone feel they are after the company because of termite control? Not in my books the driving force imo is the animal products using SLA's bio's.

    I feel they are getting all the pieces set then the announcements will take place. These companies take ages to get where they are headed and SLA is not different.
