That information is all publicly available, but nonetheless, here are some answers:

1. KOV had $5.1m in cash (it has no debt) on 30 June 2018

2. At today's closing price, it's market cap is $26m; EV is therefore ~$21m
(However, even after allowing for a $1.0m to $1.5m investment in working capital this year, as well as a 50% increase in capex (to $1.2m, from last year's $0.8m), I suspect KOV's cash balance will increase by a further $1.0m to $1.5m during FY2019, to end the year with ~$6.5m in net cash. so, the prospective EV, which is the way the market - which is forward-looking - views things is probably closer to $19.5m)
