What is even better is Stokes own more than half the company.

Unlike with AQA, Baosteel can't go hostile to shareholders with a low ball and then (what appeared) subtly threatened (via the media quoting an industry figure who wanted to remain anonymous) AQA and Minres that China would take a very dim view - boycott IO offtake and that Minres would be barred from any role to play in the WPIOP future if Baosteel's attempt to takeover AQA was frustrated.
