by the way, if I am potential strategic investor, I definitely wouldn't allow the company to response to speeding ticket as it did, why would I want to pay 5c more?
anyway, this company changed ownership twice in twelve months, lots of bankers, HNW hands on this, definitely not for ordinary small guy like me.
