I'm guessing that there will likely be more than the one significant holder involved in the deal and I agree with you that if a deal is struck it will be at a much more reasonable price than what the market is valuing it at at the moment. If this quarter is looking like a good one, the parties involved will know before anyone else and a deal will want to be struck before figures are released to public!
