If by 24th June LB have not got the required percentage any party can still make an offer up to and after that!!
LB will have to back down and accept they only have 20% and become a major shareholder only or buy on market after the offer lapses.They are fast learning that nobody else is willing to sell to them at this price or else there would have been movement by now by other major holders.
The way LNG sp is skyrocketing lately they would have no trouble raising cash to make an offer or even scrip closed at $1.35 today!!!
