Someone (The real large investors in this sad story) should have approached some of those specialists Plaintiff Lawyers, but I am of the beliefs that they might still be blaming the shorters and RIO with it's T/O plans, for the demise of CDU, not the Messiah for his buy backs with the CR's, and whatever else that happened during their past Board tenures.
