    hi quanta,

sorry but this one i cannot answer off hand. a patient person could go thro all the announcements tho ! imo, not worth the hassle now.

if trf does sell out of it's ife holding and it will be sometime i guess before this would even be likely considered to happen (and if it does happen at that of course) then the average price is immaterial imo. it's what the investment is worth now, that matters.

trf floated off ife, it did not buy into ife. imo, trf needed the security of funds and it's exploration boon allowed it to do so by selling off the new company ife with the iron ore but keeping the remaining minerals yet still keeping control of it all. as ife progresses, trf has the option to raise more funds by selling down it's ife holding if it needs to but imo will only do so if under pressure at the time.

for trf's part it managed the whole thing very well imo. staying alive is very important financially for explorers and trf took the best advantage at that time by floating off ife. the mkt was pretty buoyant back then too. good work by not being greedy.

i'll stay on top now but as i'm in the midst of moving, i may miss some days or even a week when i will not be able to stay in touch with the mkts.

imo, still very good value at 30 cents. i doubt trf will struggle to reach low 60's soon enough ie 2 - 4 mths with the news we have now.

fwiw, i hold trf and not ife. for me trf is the best way into all this plus trf has diversity.

    be good,

    40.
