Fermat is at a measured depth of 3585m as against an initial prognosed total depth of 3640m; so I reckon the answer is yes but not certain. another question is: which is the foremost legal obligation for Beach to comply with: 1/ fully inform the ASX? or 2/ protect its potential percentage of the Permit by not disclosing fully to the ASX and so to EPR's farminees? 44days is to the 21st of Feb! So a long time to wait for both. Maybe the potential EPR farminees want to know likely outcome before they farmin?
