Ditto, but would just like to add that the risk of a "Linc-like' scenario occurring here is very minimal b/c:

• there is no water table to pollute
• the site that they are operating on is essentially an abandoned and completely un-rehabilitated open-cut coal mine (think lunar landscape)
• the environmental oversight this project has had and will continue to get may actually (and somewhat paradoxically) serve to de-risk it
