HC Followers,
Pacific Energy's comp in the market, EnGen which was owned by Wesfarmers has just been sold to Energy Developments (ENE).
ENE is backed by Pacific Equity Partners, who are Australia's largest PE fund. They will no doubt be looking at PEA as a potential bolt-on to increase their resources powers play.
