I agree oscar, we have both been big supporters of 1page and I personally feel like Joanna has basically tried to polish a turd and lied to us. For me the last quarterly was the final straw. And now she is still saying there is sales and growth. If this is the case SHOW US. Bottom line she can't. This latest letter of Joanna is just more spin. She keeps saying we have the support of Joanna, Kent, the shareholders and management team. Kent was employed by Joanna and wants a job, so tick for him for support of continuation but funny he still has no skin in the game, and as for mgt support, of course they support the continuation of the spend, they are getting paid, why would they care if the company keeps loosing money.

On the other hand, how can she say she has shareholder support. This is just a blatant lie or just an assumption surely. On this forum alone there is not one supporter of continuation. Joanna if the company is so good then get a buyer of the database, software and intalectual property and pay us out. You don't care about the company, all you care about is cash in the company. Please stand aside and stop wasting more money.

If there are any shareholders that support Joanna and Kent then please let us know now on this forum. Just one will do.
