On the one hand I'm surprised to see absolutely no announcement since the end of Oct given their track record, but perhaps that's Marc Vogts putting his stamp on things and not making frivolous announcements like trucks sitting in a carpark.

Perhaps that's just me with rose tinted glasses on, but Marc put a decent amount of his own money into this company over the last couple of years (and not just the money that he had 'earned' from MNS), so going to give him the benefit of the doubt. 

The money however is only going to last so long (and a lot of people drawing on that delivering ??), so he better make a move and do something before it all evaporates.
